Why do you do what you do?

My personal and professional interests have long overlapped – I’ve always been interested in international relations, National Security policy, intelligence, military history, and how technology affects society. I’ve read about those subjects for pleasure for as long as I can remember. That’s why I spent my first career in Army Intelligence.

As a civilian, I continue to serve my country by providing the best possible support to our government clients. American civilian and military personnel around the world are in harm’s way 24/7, and need reliable, accurate, and timely information from the U.S. government to keep them safe. At NT Concepts, we help provide that critical support.

How do our core values inspire you?

Be Truly Candid. Honesty and integrity have to come first. We all make mistakes; hopefully we learn and grow from them. But there’s no room for mistakes when it comes to being honest and candid, especially when lives are at stake. There’s a saying that no one can take your integrity from you, but you can give it away. If people can’t trust your word, who are you?

Inspire Growth. Growth is normally a sign of health – with programs, businesses, individuals, and among teams of coworkers. When we grow, our business, our clients, and our employees benefit. Growth is a win-win. I also feel a strong sense of responsibility to help develop the next generation of leaders. A lot of people helped me develop during my career. I’d like to do the same for others.
