As Chief Executive Officer of NT Concepts, Dan Maguire is accountable for leading the company’s shared vision of future growth and success. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he works closely with the board and senior leadership team to shape our forward leaning strategy and mission execution within the national security community.
A “people-first, mission-always” leader, Dan focuses on building high performing teams within a thriving and inclusive culture of delivery excellence. His hands-on transformational leadership style coupled with his dedication to employee empowerment and customer success is a powerful combination that keeps the organization at the forefront of innovation and technology.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a proven executive and leader in the GovCon industry. Before joining NT Concepts, Dan was CEO of TeraThink Corporation, which was acquired by CGI Federal in 2020. Dan is also the founder of multiple companies providing business and mission-focused consulting, solution development, and systems integration services to public sector and Fortune 2000 clients.
Why do you do what you do?
Building and leading high-performing teams is my passion. Achieving success by leading and participating as part of these teams is my WHY. An aligned team that communicates effectively is a hard team to beat.
My goal is to create a shared vision and drive to that success. This shared vision must be established through creative and entrepreneurial thinking that empowers the organization to achieve excellence. This requires the entire team to be in lock step and own the outcome.

Inspire Growth: I have grown to understand the importance of inspiring personal and professional growth in those around me. I find great satisfaction in showing my colleagues what is possible beyond the perceived limitations we often place upon ourselves. Pushing through those limitations and gaining experiences beyond what you may think is possible is when true growth happens.
Support Each Other: Living a life dedicated to helping others rise is very important to me. Virginia Tech’s motto is Ut Prosim, which translates to “That I May Serve.” This means working to inspire active citizens and strengthening communities.
