WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?
When I strategically assemble the right team, challenge and empower them to tackle a problem and support them however they need it, the results are meaningful and amazing. By listening, learning, and understanding what we can offer our clients as individuals and as a team, I make the connections between our expertise and our clients’ needs and turn them into our NEXT opportunity.
It’s exciting to be surrounded and supported by exceptional teammates, and patient and experienced mentors. Those relationships are at the heart of the solutions I bring to help clients address problems they may not even know how to articulate.
HOW DO OUR CORE VALUES INSPIRE YOU?
My approach to living our core values is vicarious. I thrive on identifying team members who naturally display an entrepreneurial spirit, inspiring and guiding their professional growth, and letting them go have fun as they inevitably exceed my expectations.
The core value that speaks to me most is being Truly Candid. By combining candor with empathy, compassion, and the willingness to consider different perspectives, I find others are more open to both receiving and giving constructive feedback.
