Mark Cabrey, NT Concepts’ CEO, stated: “eMH is much more than an operations and maintenance contract—it is a top-tier Defense Industrial Base system vital to ensuring safe and reliable housing solutions for our nation’s Service members and their families.”
Cabrey continued, “Our partnership with CNIC has grown over the past five years and has streamlined operations, improved oversight, reduced costs, and strategically aligned housing management. We look forward to continuing our work delivering modern, scalable, and automated solutions responsive to the evolving operational priorities of this mission-critical and high-tempo housing program.”
The eMH system supports the housing needs of Service members and their families in all branches of the Armed Forces, including the United States Coast Guard. The comprehensive platform streamlines housing operations at every organizational level and across a geographically and organizationally diverse user base, automating tasks to efficiently and securely manage Department of Defense (DoD) housing inventories and occupancy across the United States, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Japan, Korea, and Guam.
Since 2019, NT Concepts has supported CNIC’s mission to digitally transform eMH through full systems development and enterprise IT services for its mission-critical applications. Building on this success, NT Concepts’ technical roadmap for 2025 and beyond will drive speed and scale to eMH through Agile software development, DevSecOps automation, cloud platform migration, and zero trust security models.
Additionally, NT Concepts will leverage advanced technologies—including API microservices, containerization strategies, GenAI-powered help desk automation, and state-of-the-art AI tools integration—to elevate user services, analyze operational metrics, detect threats, identify risk anomalies, and strengthen eMH’s overall infrastructure and security posture. These modernization efforts will drive operational efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and establish the eMH program as a leader in digital transformation, cloud innovation, and cybersecurity within the DoD.
