Clients engage NT Concepts on a project basis, with projects ranging from 1 week to a year or more. All projects are delivered on a time and materials basis.
NT Concepts principals are involved start to finish with every project.
This visionary and discovery phase of the project will educate our consultants regarding the project’s goals, resources, and objectives. Meetings and research will provide clear understanding prior to the development of any technical solutions. A thorough knowledge transfer between your company and our consultants is critical at this juncture. Upon completion, NT Concepts will provide an Architecture & Design Brief for review.
Once the research is complete in Phase 1, the design is outlined/architected on paper. This phase requires less work from a client and more work from the NT Concepts’ consultants and designers. The NT Concepts team constructs a visual representation and narrative description as a Project Development Plan. This includes a detailed flow chart of the user experience, allocation of resources, and overview of the site’s technology and tools.
Meeting the above timelines ensures that an Alpha version of the project can be delivered. An alpha version may not have all of the functionality, but will give the user experience needed for final review and changes to navigation and design.
A beta version can be delivered and user testing will commence. NT Concepts can deliver the product to the production servers (or a testing server).
It is our experience that a month of testing after a beta version has been released is ample time to properly test; however, we will allocate double time for any project to further scrutinize any problem issues. During this phase, a client's support is highly valuable. It will become vital for as many people to use the site as possible for quality assurance purposes.
