OPM GoLearn

NT Concepts is an Office of Personnel Management (OPM) GoLearn Contract Holder for Specialized Technical Area 4 – Implementation, Customization, and Integration Support Services. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for providing eLearning and eTraining services to the Federal Government. Our team members on this contract include Information Strategies, Inc.; SSB, Inc.; and Gigamedia Access Corporation.

Services include:

• Requirements analysis of technical and training needs
• Integration of LMS/LCMS with legacy information architectures
• Implementation of collaboration and human capital performance tools
• Training information architecture planning and design
• Integration of custom and COTS software solutions
• Development of custom applications and web services using Microsoft .NET, Macromedia Cold Fusion/Flash, JAVA, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other development tools
• 3D animation and interactive graphic development using 3D Studio MAX and Maya
• Educational strategy and instructional design for curriculum development
• Development of dynamic, interactive, and SCORM-compliant learning content
• System integration with PKI and Active Directory authentication
• Network engineering, including system compatibility and consolidation assessments
• Security planning and engineering as well as testing and IV&V
• Project management based on PMI best practices, including EVMS reporting
• Ability to handle classified tasks up to the TS/SCI level with a SCIF available
